We purchased a house back in Dec 2015 , the electric was supplied by Npower paid by a top up card , we changed suppliers in Feb 2016 , giving all the relevant meter readings needed , NPower continued to send bills saying we owed money which we don't believe we do as we had to go to the post office and put money on the card and we are not even living in the house as it is being done up , we have had several telephone conversations with Npower and got nowhere someone is always going to ring back or they just say we owe them money and that's it , we have now received a letter from debt collectors wanting over £300 spoken to the debt agency and they too cannot understand how we owe money and are putting it back to NPower , we sense this is just going to go full circle again , as we get nowhere when we call them it's always "not there department "
Anyone any idea of how we can resolve this ???
