Euro Car Park Letter (PCN)

so i got this letter (well 2 letters actually on same day, both exactly the same) through the mail recently (it was directed to my mom as she is the registered owner of the car)...i went and parked at the carpark and was gonna pay as well but didn't have any change so went to the shop quickly and bought what i needed to buy and came back to see no PCN on the windshield which gave me a bit of relief only to receive this letter a few days ago
i used a parking appeals company the last time i got a pcn and they owed me one time free service which i have been trying to claim but no response from them via email or phone has left me in the middle of no where which is why i come here
what do you guys think should be my next move?

the RK needs to follow the appeal advice in the NEWBIES sticky thread near the top of this forum, simple as that

at the moment , its nothing to do with you as the letters are in her name

Edit your OP to remove any details of who parked the car.

The ppcs monitor this forum and can use your posts against you


*** Also either remove the link or alter the photo of the letter. The ppc can identify your Mother from the unique to her case details you have left visible in the letter (date/time/location etc)
