Not having a car for a day meant I could not pick up someone from hospital who then had to get a taxi home. I had to borrow a car so that I could get to work the next day. So it did cause alot of hassle !
So, the actual loss would be the taxi fare.
They provided the service (car was delivered), it was simply delayed.
Call them, explain the impact of their delay and the loss incurred and ask them to compensate you accordingly.:hello:0 -
Actually that wasn't the OP's loss, in fact, other than some inconvenience I don't know if the OP has indeed incurred any losses by the delay.Tiddlywinks wrote: »So, the actual loss would be the taxi fare.
