    First off: what date did you pay? How long has the dispute been open? TBH If the system allows you to, I would escalate asap.

    As the OP linked to my thread, i'm in the same boat.

    Paid through paypal with my debit card (I know now I shouldn't have used that).

    I escalated straight away they were NARU.

    Has she given you any kind of tracking number?

    TBH, go with your gut.

    IMO, it's better to get a refund asap than receive a fake and not be able to open a SNAD dispute.
    At least if you get your refund it becomes her problem if the item DOES turn up...
