In Sage,
How do I enter the following
Direct Debit from Acc 1200 to Credit Card Acc 1240 ? £15.30
also if I make an extra payment from 1200 to 1240 would it be a bank transfer? £86.36
When I do a 1200 bank reconcile I have a difference of the total of the 2 figures above

As you are just recording monies moving from one bank account to another in Sage, just input the £15.30 DD as a bank transfer.
Same with the extra payment.0 -
Got another problem Because ive been entering all the current account (1200) transactions, the credit card account (1240) is showing a balance, how do i go about entering an opening balance on (1240)? 0
