Do I wait....

I'm looking to open a new instant access savings account, but i'm not sure which way to turn. I currently have an ISA with NSandI which has about £1000 more this year before its full up and once thats full I will need somewhere to put the extra, also I am saving a bit each month to go towards my car insurance/mot/service/tax/breakdown etc as they all fall in the same month and would bankrupt me otherwise! AND I am saving for the course fees for an open university course, i've just started my first now and I figure I'll get ahead of myself and have the next payment by time I need to pay for it next year!

Currently i've got £100 in icici (the car stuff happens in August! ;) ) But if there will be a better deal i'd move it out of there as i've never really got to grips with their website...... If there is such an account i'd like to keep my little pots seperate (mainly out of lazyness) however I can just keep a note of how much each little pot has in it should that not exist.

I've seen the Bradford and Bingley esavings offer which is pretty tempting but is it wiser to sit tight for a week or so and see if anyone beats it or should I stick my money in there and be done with it, the only thing I dont want to do is open an account to find 4 days later someone comes along and beats it!
