Realtime share dealing. Recommendations?

Hi there,
I would like to start 'playing' the share market and was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for sites which allow realtime trades?
I'm looking for low cost transactions as I'm not going to be staking huge amounts. I'm really looking for a way to test the water and gain some experience. A simple user interface would also be a great advantage. Not looking to make millions - just after a little 'hobby ';)
Thanks.

Halifax share builder has low overheads for smaller amounts, but isn't real time, as it batches the shares up (I think).
Selftrade is realtime, but costs £12.50 per trade. Halifax realtime share dealing (NOT share builder) costs £11.95 per trade, with selling costs of only £5 if value < £250.
The Motley Fool used to offer a badged up version of the Halifax Sharebuilder, but I'm not sure of the details for that.Debbie0 -
Motley Fool is still running, I signed up two weeks ago. It's been poor so far, lots of down time.0

The Motley Fool Sharebuilder and Halifax Sharebuilder are commission-free until the end of the year so only 0.5% stamp duty to pay on weekly purchases.0

Thanks for these guys. I'll investigate further and let you know how I get on.0
