With the Co-op group writing down it's stake to zero value. Sounds as if plan B is being put into place. An orderly wind down by the BOE if a suitable buyer cannot be sought.0

My guess would be that the Co-op's current account offerings would become the Virgin Money ones as they're far more sophisticated.
And it's not like the Co-op's internet banking is particularly modern and featureful as it is!urs sinserly,

The current Virgin essentials current account doesn't look that sophisticated to me but they do say they are working on other accounts - most probably by acquiring the Co-op!
