Gotta be a bit mad or someone who likes risk and hassle to go into BTL nowadays. 5% after tax with no capital risk in Icesave, or hassle and risk all round and far more work with BTL, its a no brainer to me.0

Or even £5,743.60 by today...
I bought 30,300, now standing with a profit of £8,480... I need them to go to £4 each to make £71,210 pure profit and then I can get that car I'm after0
