Business Account With Bad Credit

A friend and I have just set up a LTD company and have everything set up, but we are struggling to open a business bank account. This is due to my bad credit which I am paying off but has effected me, these were debts that my ex husband and I had. He is paying nothing but I am paying all of them monthly but 2 are on CCJ and 1 on default.
We have tried the major banks and got a big fat no.
Has anyone been in this situation and found a bank that has accepted them?
We need to be able to do direct debit, receive bank transfers, pay in cash and cheques.
Any help would be appreciated
