Bad Quality, Bad Service, Bad Experience With No End In Sight!

Hello all,
Hoping someone can help advise me on bringing to a satisfactory conclusion an ongoing issue I am having with a company called Oak furniture house, not be confused with companies of similar names.

About 6 months ago I moved into my first home with my partner, soon after my partner purchased a full bedroom furniture suite from oak furniture house. She paid using her debit card and it was for a substantial amount of money.

I've had nothing but issues with the furniture with various pieces having to be replaced time and time again due to poor quality over this period of time. This has been compounded with a lack of/poor level of customer service.

Deliveries have been arranged without communicating with ourselves with sufficient notice, we were accused of not taking receipt of one delivery when in fact no delivery attempt had been made. I took the day off from work and waited in all day!

We were abruptly informed via email that no further delivery attempts would be made and they would be closing the case. This only changed when I in return then requested all items to be returned and full refund issued.

Incorrect information regarding what pieces needed to be replaced were noted, I was told quality checks were made prior to dispatch of items yet they still arrived in a poor condition/quality or damaged, the issues goes on and on and feels endless.

This has resulted with the latest delivery recently being made of a replacement wardrobe which again is of poor quality, damaged to one of the feet and the doors barely opening properly. I'm still yet to be able to move into my bedroom, even worse the individuals who delivered and assembled the furniture have marked/damaged my walls.

Throughout photo evidence has been provided.

This has caused ongoing stress and frustration especially to my partner whom has been mainly dealing with this company from initial order.

I'd just like to know my rights, I watched martins programme about purchasing with credit cards and section 75, my partner didn't use a credit card unfortunately, do we have any protection having used her debit card? what should I ask in the way of compensation and what is the best action to take to resolve this not to incur further costs to ourselves?o

Any help, support or advice would be greatly appreciated?

Many Thanks in advance!
