I have two emails linked with ms outlook. When i press send/receive all the emails from each addresses are displayed in the same list. This can be a bit muddled.

Is there away to have kinda two inboxes so i can send/receive each email address individually? and view emails from the two addresses in seperate lists?

Sorry if this is a dumb question but ive been having a look around outlook and nothing is jumping out at me!! :rolleyes:

You could set up rules so that when a message arrives through a specified email account it is moved to a named folder. Similarly when you send an email through one of your email accounts it is moved to a folder, with different folders for each account. See Tools - Rules and Alerts.

Alternatively, use Outlook Express which allows you to use identities to keep different email accounts totally separate.

you can indeed.. setup 2 seperate accounts on there. When you log on you'll be asked to choose which one.
You'll have it set to check 2 different email accounts rather than have 2 different profiles.
