PCN Help - I have read the sticky...

Hi All,
I have read the sticky and still need some help with my issue.
I received a PCN from Civil Enforcement LTD for 'Parking in incorrect zone' at Fairfield Hospital, Bury. I was in a rush (Grandad/heartattack) and didn't notice the signs. I still paid for a ticket, just in the HUGE staff car park.
I ignored this as I thought I could... until readying the sticky!
I have now received a letter from ZZPS stating they now want £170 which includes late payment and debt recovery charges.
What do I do?

Do not appeal? Or just not to the ZXPS?0

ZXPS
ZZPS , are debt collectors , they are on commission , they are not there to help you , think of a lion with no claws , toothless as well!
do not ring or write to debt collectors
I would suggest you go to the hospital and seek out the PALS department , ask for help in getting it cancelled
Ps dont ring or write to debt collectors0 -
You are too late to appeal and will in the end, possibly have to defend a court claim now. Big mistake not to simply see it off easily at POPLA, we win every time. Do not respond and do not imply who was driving.
Come back when you get a LBCCC or court claim.
And yes, complain to PALS (Google it, don't ask).
Don't tell us about Wright Hassall letters please, already covered too many times - read other threads.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
