SnugBug furniture (sells John lewis furniture on ebay) - any experiences?

Hi everyone,

I would like to buy a Barbican sofa from John Lewis but I've recently found a shop called 'SnugBug' on eBay that sells them much cheaper.

(Sorry can't post the link as I'm relatively new to the forum but it's easy to find on eBay by typing 'snug bug' or 'barbican john lewis')

My model is almost 35% cheaper and they state they are new and with 12M of warranty. I suppose they are unopened returns but it seems to good to be true. At the same time they seem to be have been around for a while and they have good reviews. Has anyone have any experience with this company they can share?
