The YAHOO problem - music-news rejecting emails from Yahoo accounts - it is your yahoo account causing the problem
Yahoo has an anti-spam policy that effectively says to recipients "if you receive mail from a Yahoo user, but we didn’t send it from one of our servers, please do not deliver it." This DMARC reject policy mainly affects people who send "yahoo" emails from another mail server - for example, gmail users can set up their email to send and receive emails from their yahoo address. In this case it looks like the emails to music-news are being forwarded to an outlook account which sees them as not coming from a yahoo server and so rejects them.
The best thing to do is use a different email provider such as gmail.
