Why the message about the PST (data file) in outlook 2013?

Hi folks,
I use outlook 2013 as my email client, and also use Acronis true image to image the drive.
When I do restore the image of the drive with Acronis, and open outlook I always get a message when Outlook starts about the PST data file and to delete it.
Even though that restored Acronis image is only a week old.
Usually to stop the message I just delete my email account in Outlook 2013 and reconfigure it again which gets rid of the annoying message.
But a little time consuming, just wonder why I am getting that message atall, if anyone can explain?
Thanks

The database unique key doesnt match the current period so it throws it out and thinks its corrupt is the best way of explaining it.0

Thanks for reply.
So it seems no other way around it, if I restore a drive backup I will have to delete that file or as I do delete and then reconfigure my email account.
Thanks again0 -
I carried out a quick Google for "Acronis problems" after recalling seeing them on another forum some weeks ago. Try Googling that, there are apprently others having similar problems. I use Macrium Reflect Free, have done for years, no problems using it and no problems with any images or clones of the 5 family PC's that are backed up to my NAS.

a much bigger hammer.

Thanks,
I don't think its an Acronis problem as it restores perfectly, its t do with outlook 2013.
Yep I have Reflect too a very good program, just used Acronis more often.0 -
It might actually be quicker to not backup the file at all and always start afresh0
