Hi Just after some help.
We have sold our current house and have bought a bungalow which needs renervation and a large extension. We are moving into our parents house while the work is being carried out. From the sale of our house we have £100k to spend on the build. This will be over some time (maybe as long as a year) Please can you help me with suggestions of where to put the money (some will be needed straight away and some not) and also if there are any tips etc ie saving on council tax??
