changing coverup number plates
long story short i cave an old car thats currently sorned with a private plate and have just bought another car that would well cool with a cover up plate so people go ooow look at the shiny black 7 series rather than aww its an n reg. vanity i know but hey who cares.
anyway i started looking into it and there is talk of inspectons cause the old car is over 15 years old, whats involved and would it be easier to just get a £50 number plate and do it that way.
