Hi, my ex partner received a letter before claim at my address from Parking Eye. However, he is now living abroad and is not coming back to the UK.

    Dear Parking Eye,

    re PCN xxxxxx/xxxxxx

I see you have sent my ex partner a letter before claim at my address. However, he is now living abroad and is not coming back to the UK. I have permission to open all his letters and can advise you that his address is:

    xxxx
    xxxx
    xx
    xx
    xx

Do not write to my address again, you do not have my permission to continue to process my address data which you now know to be wrong for Mr xxx xxxxxx. If you wish to write to him you must write to him at his current address which is his permanent domicile and out of jurisdiction of the English courts.

Should you write to my postal address or this email address again (except for one contact to acknowledge this information and/or confirm the 'charge' is cancelled) I will have no hesitation in reporting ParkingEye to the Information Commissioner. Kindly update your records immediately and delete my data and address as it is completely unconnected to the person you addressed the letter to.

Do you know in whos car park this was?
it is very easy to get a cancellation in places such as Morrisons/Aldi etc if you complain to them.
Send the complaint/letter above to parking eye, wait and see how they respond, then modify the same letter and send it to the landowner who took on parking eye, as the landowner is jointly responsible for the actions of his/her/its agents
