Fair quote for replacing an inbuilt oven, hob and extractor?

Hi,
Can anyone tell me what a fair quote would be to replace an old inbuilt oven, hob and extractor with a new one (assuming the items have already been purchased and they are being fitted like work like into the existing units and worktop)?
Also if the tradesperson was to source the oven, hob, extractor how much more should I expect to add to the quote based on their time to do this (excluding the actual price of the oven. hob and extractor)?
Thanks in advance!

Managed to get a quote around the £120 mark for oven, hob and hood replacement which is inline with the half price installations Currys and AO are doing for ovens and hobs at around £40 each at the moment, I don't think either of them will fit hoods. So this seems to be a fair rate if its of help to anyone.0
