Morning everyone. Hope your feeling well enough for the meal on Monday leanfun. Well done on the book win ff. It's a dull day here but have put washing out so hopefully it will dry. I'm just off to take son to work then popping into Tesco for some fruit and veg. Hope everyone has a good day.

Just lost what I had carefully written!

Feeling a lot better thanks so hopeful for tomorrow. Hot shiwers have helped chest much better but leg now black, blue and gold.

Alfie loved your peeping gnome. Pleased you enjoyed your gardening.

Well - it's another bright n' breezy day here so will have
yet another busy day - shopping, gardening, sadly ironing

cos I got a bit carried away yesterday - did a mega wash
and got it all dried outside - only downside is the dreaded
ironing! :eek:

I still haven't caught up with the comps ..... ho hum ....
maybe today! I usually get there in the end.

Good Morning all,

Arrived home last night after a really good flight, had spectacular views over the Pyrenees too. Had a shock when I saw some sort of jet flying past in the distance (at least I hope it was more distant than it looked!) Got through Newcastle Airport in record time and then just had walk to the hotel to collect car. Great when things work well and you don't have to queue for ages. Had a lovely holiday but managed to get well eaten with mosquitoes on last night so feet and legs are itchy,sore and swollen as I am allergic to them. Will have to go and get something from chemist later. DS3 arrived just before we got home so that worked well too.
Will have to get on as so much to do. Got our washing and some of Ds3's to sort out and DD coming for dinner tonight too and it is her birthday tomorrow. It looks like it will be a lovely day anyway.

Morning, welcome home sheils, glad you had a good holiday. Mossies thought they would give you a leaving present,but that kind you can do without. Hope you can get something to help at chemist. It's a lovely morning here and i have had all the doors open since 6. Hope you all have a lucky week.

Well I had another hot shower this morning and weekend remedies have not cleared nose and chest is back. It's not Head cold more like sinusitis but not as painful. We have decided not to attempt to go this evening and I emailed them awhile ago. You have to show ID with this one.
Hope now to be better for Wednesday when DH has tickets for the Paladium.

Well I was so proud of my daughter who chopped an impressive 22" off her hair for the charity and has also raised over £230 despite putting a £100 target! :T We are overwhelmed with people's generosity to the charity :A

DH has gone to work and left me with a big leak coming from the bathroom through to hall ceiling again! I stopped using taps upstairs so not sure why it's still dripping through. I need to go to work soon too. Hope it doesn't get worse as I'm no longer insured as it didn't get renewed!

Just saw your post Leanfun, sorry you're still not well enough to go xx fingers crossed for another win soon!
