Hi everyone,
Have been busy today reorganising break as DS3 not going away until Monday. Will drop him off at Lockerbie (still closures on line at Dumfries) Have added to end of break and cancelled 2 nights at front of it. Bit annoying as it is costing us more but we realise we do have a lot of breaks and DS doesn't. Have spent a lot of time getting vouchers for meals etc for next trip so hopefully not too expensive.
Meaning to visit the West Midlands Safari Park and The Black Country Museum so quite excited about it.
Won Despicable Me magnets and they arrived and are really cute, they also come with a free loaf voucher which is nice.

we went some years back & thoroughly enjoyed it,
don't know if they still have the pub there but we popped in
for a drink & it was a great atmosphere & very welcoming

Staying in Dudley within walking distance FF so might manage a drink in pub!

Good evening all, well done on the wins over the last few days.

Been really busy here this week, it was OH's DD2's birthday on Friday so been making her a big work bag with loads of space for files and pockets, small handles and a detatchable shoulder handle. The family are going out with her tomorrow to Toby Inn for a carvery and then they are all coming back to ours.

Hope you have had a good time with your DS Sheils. I see you are going to where I was born in Dudley.

Have a lovely time in Blackpool Wingo and hope you can find another job more suitable soon.

It's another beautiful start to the day here ....



although we did have rain yesterday evening (luckily
I had finished pottering about in the garden ) &
it's saved me having to water the patio plants this
morning!

Morning peeps. Police had me out of bed just after 3am they wanted to see my CCTV as they were after someone who broke into a shop. Now have workmen who are working at traffic lights digging up the road. Off to Ds's later in afternoon. Why they need to keep digging up road I have no idea.

Have had a busy day. Got all the packing done and been out working in the garden for a while. Setting off about 10am tomorrow.
Got vouchers sorted out for places to visit and restaurants. Don't like to pay full price if I can help it.

Rose, that must have been a shock being wakened at that time. I would have got a real fright.
