PCM Parking Charge at Hayes and Harlington Station

I'm in a similar situation with the same company and the same place. I appealed the initial letter (which was rejected as I was instructed it would be) and have ignored subsequent letters. 2 months ago i got an LBC letter from Gladstones but I didn't respond (I didn't think I had to unless I got a letter taking it to court). Did I have to respond to that? I've been following what people are saying about this for a while on both PPP and MSE and have always found brilliant advice but now I'm a bit worried I've messed it up.

I made a subject matter with the DVLC and get an auto reply saying it will takes 40 days!!! (are they based in outer space???) I can not wait 40 days as I need to inform DVLC that PCM obtained my details without following the correct rules. What shall I do?

did all those who didnt pay to PCM win their case or are they still getting some letters? it will be good if people who had suffered previously can give right directions.

I read your all post very helpfull. I recived yesterday parking charge for just pick up passanger at high point villege.
I wait there no more then a min .if u can pl guide me for appeal.
