    It hasn't changed at all. Are you sure you are on the right website? Or maybe you have a virus on your computer.

    As mentioned higher up, firms are not allowed to use 0844 numbers. The hastings website says: Call our helpline on 0800 035 4260 as soon as possible.

    As Hastings appear to still have that line in operation, the relative should make a complaint asking for a refund. They should have pulled the line.
