SHELL Drivers Club Vouchers not being delivered

Does anybody on here use SHELL petrol stations and is a member of its Drivers Club?
Has anyone else had the problem of Shell saying they have sent you discount fuel vouchers out to your home but you don't actually get them?
This has happened to me on the last 2 quarters now. I've contacted them on both occasions and have had the points credited back to my account but I'm not sure why I'm not receiving them - they have my correct address.
Shell now suggesting it is a problem with Royal Mail but I doubt that very much as I've never had an issue of any other post go missing.
Anybody else had this issue?

All mine have turned up ok, it's odd yours don't arrive if the rest of your post does. Can you try changing the address to a relative or friend's address to see if they arrive there?0

Yep mine frequently don't turn up. She'll customer services are rarely much help either. I live in flats with a communal post area too so god knows if they're getting pinched or not getting delivered.0

It wouldn't surprise me if these vouchers do go 'missing' in the post. They're not particularly disguised very well - who wouldn't be attracted to money off vouchers for Shell petrol stations?0

Yep mine almost never arrive. I agree with posters on here that these must be very easy to steal as it's basically like posting out cash or book tokens in envelopes that state as much. I also collect the Texaco points and their vouchers come out in very discreet plain envelopes, which oddly always arrive untampered with.0

Don't you need the matching Shell loyalty card to use them?0 -
Haven't received any of mine for at least a year, each time having to be recredited. Suggested posting them out in plain envelopes but doubt my suggestion has gotten anywhere0
