Thirst Pockets February Newsletter Prize Draw Terms and Conditions


These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

1. Promotional Period: Promotion opens 11:00am, 10/02/2017 and closes 23:59pm, 28/02/2017

1. The Promoter: This promotion is a prize draw operated by INTERTISSUE LIMITED.

1. Eligibility: Entry is open to all named direct recipients of the Thirst Pockets February Newsletter aged 18 or over (‘the participant’).

1. Open to residents in the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). The promotion excludes INTERTISSUE LIMITED employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, its agents, suppliers or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.

1. Entry Instructions: Entrants must click the link on the newsletter to be directed to the entry form. To complete their entry, entrants will be required to submit their name and contact details and answer some product related questions.

1. No purchase necessary. One entry per person.

1. Winner Selection: 1 winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by an automated process within 3 days after the close of the prize draw.

1. The winners will be notified by phone and/or email within 3 days of the draw and will have 28 working days to accept their prize otherwise the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to a reserve.

1. Prize Fund: There is a total of 1 prize to be won in the promotion. Prize includes:

• Travel allowance for two people to the winner’s choice of The Pig Hotel location. Choose from:

1. Travel and stay is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter, School Holidays and Bank Holidays.
2. Travel will be in the form of an allowance up to the value of £100.00 to be put towards travel expenses.
3. Winner may choose from the following ‘The Pig’ locations: The Pig, Brockenhurst, The Pig near Bath, Pensford, The Pig at Combe, Devon, The Pig on the Beach, Dorset. Excludes The Pig in the Wall, Southampton.
4. Hotel stay can only be taken Sunday – Thursday, excludes Friday and Saturday nights stays.
5. Hotel is based on 2 adults sharing a ‘snug room’ with ensuite bathroom on a room only basis.
6. Based on 2 adults enjoying a 3-course meal from the set menu including a bottle of house wine, mineral water and coffee.

1. Inclusion of branded prize items does not imply that 3rd parties are participants in or sponsors of this promotion.

1. General: Winner’s full name and county will be available for a period of 3 months upon request at http://www.thirstpockets.co.uk/news/winners

1. Prize is non-transferable and may not be sold or advertised for sale.

1. No cash or other alternative prize will be provided, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute similar prize of equal or greater value.
