@melvismakes has made a wonderful custom “Buddy” for the Slimming World book.
Not only has she made me one, but she's added them to her shop because I assured her that loads of my fellow Slimming World ladies would love one AND she's offering one for a competition to be held right here on this very page!!
Sooooo.... All you have to do to win one of the pictured Buddies is:
