Thank your for replies, that was useful and clearly I was very naive! I've not paid for anything like that for a while and anything I enter now I do for free now but amazed by how many people are able to enter so many competitions, that's amazing! Sounds like a second full time job. I will read some previous threads to try to get a handle on how to manage this....better get back to work in the meantime!
