    Hello, If you look at my thread on here I had the same issue with you, pay via mobile, still got a ticket from Indigo. The will not accept your appeal until you to go POPLA and then they will back down.

    All my responses are pasted here and it got cancelled when it went to POPLA,

    The advise Coupon-mad gave is absolutely correct, hang it out, send the correct responses at the correct time and if you want to use the appeal I used it's over in my thread :) Good luck!
