Removal cancellation insurance.

I worked in removals many many moons ago, I only remember one cancelled move and that was a new build that was not ready. The builders paid all of the customers costs.
Delays in the funds being transferred were not that unusual as solicitors tend to all go to lunch at the same time. So it was not that unusual for the keys to not be released until 3pm or 4pm (Instead of the expected 11am).0 -
Reading the above then i think i will not pay the cancellation insurance. My exchange and completion has a two week period inbetween and i will actually arrive at the new address the day after completion so shouldnt be any issues there either. Thanks all.For some people enough will never be reached.1

The best person to ask is your solicitor, they will be familiar with the process and will know your own purchase and any potential problems0
