I have booked two holidays with them so far this month for next year...
Just wondering if anyone has and thoughts on them

  • Right just checked on them and they are part of Hays Travel and we have used Hays a few times with no problems at all infact we have had nothing but excellent service from them and wouldnt hesitate to book with them again.

  • I just booked my holiday with them so I hope they are ok!:confused:
  • Hays travel are a well known travel agent in Sunderland - they have been there for years. They advertise on tv so they can't being doing that bad - mind their ads are!!!

    Hays are the UK's largest independent travel agent, they are based in Sunderland but have branches country wide. They are a really good company and everything will be fine.

  • We went on a river Nile cruise. There was a mess up their end on excursions. We had this in our holiday but when we got there they said we didn't book it and had to pay £175 there. We have had one return email apologising and admitting their mistake, they will pay it back, but the second email has not been replied to, its been 10 days. Just beware. The Cruise was lovely although the boat was not at its best. I can keep you informed :rotfl:
  • Went to Tenerife last month with them. It was a last minute booking but everything went smoothly.
  • have book for a second time with them and for a second time they have spelled my partners name wrong.
    They want £40 to change it and say it is not them that got it wrong.
    I have spent at least 2.5 hours on hold today and been cut off each time, and 1.5 hours yesterday with the same problem
    so the customer service is pretty poor if you have a problem. if you want to buy a holiday the can answer the phone in 2 rings
