Urgent help with POPLA appeal draft

Have just had this through from POPLA:
"Civil Enforcement have told us they do not wish to contest the Appeal. This means that your Appeal is successful and you do not need to pay the parking charge."

Yay!! Nice result!
But as for the entire scam, it is shocking you had to even appeal a PCN under these circs:- driver could not pay with coins as the p&d machine was faulty, and both covered and taped up
- driver saw no other signage about alternative method of payment
You could get revenge by reporting this to Trading Standards and your MP. Rattle some cages to help the greater good and future victims.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
