Here's what I have come up with - any other suggestions?

    Dear Sirs,

Thank you for your response dated June 19 2017.

I am not liable and cannot be lawfully assumed to have been the driver. Your client needs to be aware of several recent cases where the Judges ruled the Criminal Case of Elliott v Loake as not relevant or applicable with regards to keeper liability, evidence of which will be provided in my witness statement should the matter proceed to a hearing.

Your client's reliance on ParkingEye v Beavis 2015 is also irrelevant to your client's defence, and does not apply to Parking Charge Notice's issued in a residential area, failing to take into account residents' rights to a peaceful existence. Your letter is therefore considered as misleading

You have also failed to provide a copy of the contract with the landowner under which they include specific authority to take legal action. You also cannot presume that I possess all the evidence referred to in your letter. Please provide all documents and your explanations, after which I will be in a position to make a more detailed response. It would be unreasonable to proceed with litigation before you have clarified your client's cause of action.

I also bring to your attention two letters sent to me on Gladstones headed notepaper that amount to False Instruments. I will present copies of the letters so that you can consider whether the Solicitors Code of Conduct permits you to represent the client.

what address are the gladstone letters from , and I think on pepipoo it was discussed about the letter reference number (1st didget) being the giveaway

Thanks - it looks very different to the letter on Pepipoo (different layout, different phone number) but the address on the footer is the same and the reference number doesn't start with a 1....

I really do not like that, it's similar to some trash being peddled on pepipoo this week. It's not likely to be taken seriously.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
