TERMS & CONDITIONS
Bellatricks Ltd. trading as Get The Gloss (“The Company”, “Get The Gloss”, “us” and “we”) is acting as the “Promoter” for the following Sarah Chapman x Sandals Competition in which entries will be accepted via the below method before the closing time.
ENTRY MECHANISM: To enter this competition, the entrant must submit their email address in the field above. By submitting their email address, the entrant agrees to sign up to the Get The Gloss email newsletter.
Any entries submitted outside of this process will not be accepted. Only one (1) entry is permitted per person. No bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will be accepted.
This competition opens at 10:00 GMT on Thursday 9 February 2017 and ends at 17:00 GMT on Wednesday 22 February 2017. All eligible entries must be received within this specified contest time period to be considered.
This competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over (at the time of entry) with the exception of Get The Gloss employees, the companies or organisations with whom the competition or offer is being run, their agents, or anyone directly connected with the promotion.
Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost or delayed entries whether due to technical problems or otherwise.
One (1) winner will be selected at random after the closing time to win one (1) 7 night stay, for two adults, at Sandals Barbados, including return flights for two from London. Accommodation is on a Luxury Included® (all-inclusive) basis in a deluxe room with a king sized bed. Flights provided are from London, in economy class and are subject to availability. Resort transfers are included, but domestic transfers, including any flights to London, are not included. There is no cash alternative to the prize and spending money is not included. Holiday insurance is not included and must be purchased before travel. The prize is subject to availability, cannot be taken during peak seasons** and cannot be confirmed until 90 days prior to departure. Once dates are confirmed there will be an administration fee for any changes made to the reservation. This fee varies in accordance with the airline. The prize is strictly non-transferable, non-refundable, and is subject to Sandals Resorts’ normal terms and conditions. The prize must be redeemed before 28th February 2018. Sandals Resorts are for couples and accommodations include a king sized bed. Sandals Resorts reserves the right to relocate prize winners from the stated resort to an alternative Sandals resort if rooms become unavailable for the travel dates requested. By opting-in to share email data with Sandals Resorts and Sarah Chapman Ltd. entrants consent to that email address being shared with Sandals Resorts parent company located outside the European Economic Area.

Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure when taking up the trip. Passports and Visas are the responsibility of and at the cost of the prize winner and their party. Sandals Resorts cannot be held responsible if the prize winner or any of the travelling party fails to obtain the required travel documentation.
The prize winner and their party (where applicable) are responsible for and must comply with any health advice / regulations / inoculations required by the destination country. Any associated costs for this are the responsibility of the prize winner and their party (where applicable).
The winner will also win one (1) complimentary Introductory Bespoke Facial voucher worth RRP £165 at the Sarah Chapman Skinesis Clinic in London - Sarah Chapman London, 259 Pavilion Road, London, SW1X 0BP. The Introductory Bespoke Facial is a 90 minute treatment and includes a skin consultation and bespoke skincare treatment with one of their dermal therapists. Appointment must be booked in advance and is subject to availability. The treatment expires one (1) calendar year from date of issue. The winner must phone +44 (0) 207 589 9585 or email clinic@sarahchapman.net to book their appointment. Transportation to London and accommodation are not included. This prize is non cash transferable and cannot be used for any other purpose. The winner will also win one (1) of each of the following Sarah Chapman products, subject to availability. All entrants should refer to the Sarah Chapman product warnings, directions for use and terms and conditions prior to the facial and / or use of any of these products - full details of which can be found at sarahchapman.co.uk. This one (1) winner will be selected at random by Get The Gloss from all valid entries within five (5) working days of the closing time.
The winner will be informed of their win via email from Get The Gloss within five (5) working days of the winner being selected. It will be the responsibility of the winner to then reply, detailing their postal address (which must be an address within the UK) for receipt of the prize. If the winner does not respond within five (5) working days of the winning communication being sent and confirm these details within a further five (5) working days, they will forfeit the prize and a new winner will be selected at random from the pool of eligible entrants during the competition time frame.
If a prize is declined or if a winner forfeits a prize under these terms and conditions, then the Company may, at its discretion, offer the prize to another entrant.
By entering this competition, entrants will be deemed to have released Get The Gloss from any and all liability arising from their participation in the competition or from their participation in redemption of prizes. The Sandals Resorts and Sarah Champan Ltd. Terms and Conditions apply to the redemption of these prizes and Get The Gloss cannot be held liable.
We reserve in all cases the right to replace the stated prize with another prize that we consider to be of broadly equivalent value.
We offer no cash alternative for non-cash prizes, and prize-winners must accept prizes in the form offered. Prizes are not refundable or transferable.
We reserve the right to disqualify or not award a prize to an entrant who in our opinion has not entered in to the spirit of these terms and conditions or the intention of the giveaway.
The Company’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
All entrants agree to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from this competition. This includes allowing Get The Gloss to post their entry and / or name on the Company’s Facebook page and / or Twitter account and / or Instagram account and / or other distribution channel. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities.

Details of all entries will be kept on a database and will only be passed to third parties to enable analysis or the processing of the competition and prize fulfilment unless entrants specifically allow the data to be shared. Data will only be shared with Sandals Resorts and Sarah Chapman Ltd. where the entrant has given such consent by ticking the opt-in box on the competition page above.
English law applies and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
By entering this competition, entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these terms and conditions.
The information you provide will be used as stated in these terms and conditions and in conjunction with the Get The Gloss Privacy Policy.
