You might want to take a look at Xero. All online and will import your bank statements automatically + file bits and bobs with HMRC.0

I am currently using Quicken 2002 (still working, and I have just switched to a W10 computer!)
I am very worried that at some point it will have a brain-fart after a W10 auto-update and then I'll be sunk.
From searching online a 2002 version of Quicken will need to be updated to an intermediate version, before the Quicken files would then be updateable to a modern version. Aargh. Quicken UK is no longer supported so I'd have to go with a US version (my current Quicken is US version).
Quickbooks is the software I am leaning towards, as I may end up self-employed in a year or two. The only limitation I could identify for the personal finance side of things is that Quickbooks doesn't do online link-up with investments, etc. That doesn't bother me because I am old-school in that I only want to enter information manually. I don't even want it accessing my online banking information, thank you very much.(Nearly) dunroving0 -
I use xero, nice and easy to use. App on phone is good too as can add recipts as you go and then it automatically matchs it up to your bank statement :beer:0
