No, the space saver was not suitable for your blown tyre.
Let me get this right, for under £100 a year, every time your front tyre goes you expect the breakdown service to swap your front and rear tyres because you have chosen a car with no proper spare? So every other customer should pay for your poor choices and ignorance?
It's the entitlement attitude that seems so prevalent today, never your fault, always someone else's. It's good to hear you've been banned from their Facebook page, hopefully if you ever try to join their service again you'll also be charged a higher premium than more sensible drivers. Apart from the goodwill gesture, which I'd have told you to go whistle on, I'm 100% with them on this and I'll be sure to recommend them at every opportunity I get.Every generation blames the one before...
