Car Boot Sales Cardiff
Hi everyone, I'm looking to do a car boot sale in Cardiff so needing some advice. Had to clear out the spare room to make room for a cot for my little girl, so now have far too much stuff and must get rid of some.
I know the one at sully is very good but would imagine that has finished for the year now?
How about Splott or Bessamer?
I need to know how much? Is it any good? And what's the best time to arrive?
Thanks

I have been to Bessemer Rd to buy not sell, it is big, loads of stuff, I think it runs on a Sat morning and Sun morning the times etc should be listed in local paper try paper on a friday for weekend event listings? I have heard the one in Splott is biggest in Wales and is undercover so runs all winter.....bigger bootsales not always best to sell at cos lots of competition but wherever you go if you got the stuff people want to buy you'll do well, I love doing bootsales it can be addictive but you gotta be willing for an early start....good luck.0

Hey there, I have just come back from the Bessemer Rd carboot....it was VERY busy today (both buyers and sellers) It opens at 8 on a Sunday and 10am on a Saturday (after the Fruit & Veg market)...
Its probably worth getting there quite early on a Sunday so you can get best position and you would be on the outside so you'll be able to leave whenever you wanted then...they do tend to cram people in! Its £6 per car and generally finishes around 1-2pm
Hope that helps...2015 - I am determined to lose at least 3 stone in weight and I must pay off at least one of my credit cards...If I keep telling myself, I might start believing it!!!Save £2 a day for Xmas 2015 Challenge: £56/£730:dance: HAPPY NEW YEAR - HERE'S TO A GREAT 2015 FOR US ALL! :dance:0 -
Thanks for the info both of you. Have to sort out my stuff now and maybe give it a go next week.0
