Agency lost my kouse keys

I am not sure how common similar accidents are, but the real estate agency that is selling the house where I currently live, lost the key of the front door. What do you suggest me to do? Change the door lock? Ask them to pay for it?

Definitely, they should replace the lock and provide you with keys.
If they are signed up to the Property Ombudsman, there is something in the code of conduct about looking after keys.0
