    Mr F forgot to ask for costs


    Should not the judge have reminded him? I would have argued strongly for costs for unreasonable behaviour.
    You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

    Probably the Judge forgot because he was so ecstatic that he had a case about the infamous BWLegal and could join an ever increasing elite circle of judges that have whooped BWLegal

    Don't "dis" the Blue Peter Badge, I got one of those when I was nine! I was a runner up in a competition in 1963 so you can see they bar is set very high. :p
