Hello,
I have an HP tablet which though turn on but none of the app do open now. It gave information that '' This app cannot open.... The screen resolution is too low for this app to run. Change your screen resolution ''

I am struggling to get the model but it uses windows 8.0 -

What does it say on the box ?
Anyway, to fix your problem, the answer is on the screen in front of you .
Tap where it says "change screen resolution" and change it to at least 1024*768
