Just had one of these requesting £100 or £60 for early payment. It refers to a landmark supreme court ruling of Parking Eye v Beavis where the court found in favour of Parking Eye.
I overstayed my welcome in a Motorway Service station and I was unaware of the consequence.
not sure on best way to proceed. Has anyone had any recent experience of these invoices post the above ruling in 2015?

Read 'NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST?' at the top of the forum telling you exactly what to do, and in post #3, showing you a link to see a certain type of late-served ParkingEye PCN which does not mention the POFA or keeper liability.
No link. One step back to where you were; my signature tells you where to click, anyway. That 'sticky' advice thread - along with thousands of other successful appeals done since the Beavis case - was looking at you when you hit 'New thread'.
Which type of PE PCN do you have, out of the two types?
And have you now submitted the forum template appeal online as keeper?
And what happened when (as you would) you phoned or emailed the WB Site Manager to complain? WB site contact emails & numbers are all available in seconds online.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
