8% for 3 year investment - too good to be true?

I've just seen that London Capital & Investment PLC are offering 3.9% for 1 year, 6.5% for 2 years and 8% for 3 years. This seems very generous and might be too good to be true. I couldn't find anything about this on the Money Savings Expert site. Does anyone have any information about this company. There must be a reason Martin doesn't list them (or if he does I haven't been able to find it). To verify the details just Google the company name.

In short. You should avoid investing with the company,"If you aren’t willing to own a stock for ten years, don’t even think about owning it for ten minutes” Warren Buffett

If you're happy to lose all your money why aren't you investing in shares?
8% for 3 years certainly isn't in the "too good to be true" range for investments, it's actually very poor. Last year my investments grew by nearly 25%.
But I'm guessing despite the subject of your post that you think this is actually a savings deposit product. It's not.Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.0 -

If you type London Capital & Investment into google, you find the company itself as first response and MSE as second. There are multiple threads listed under MSE. Click on any one of them and you get the same responses we all add to each of these threads.
So, the new posters coming to this site asking this question must have already read at least one of those responses before asking the very same question again.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
