Hello,
I am looking to get real player so I can listen to Radio 2 live on the web etc, but every link wants to charge me for it ?
Is this the case, or can you get a basic version somewhere for free?
Thanks in advance

A far better program to use is Real Alternative. It will play real media formats and is free. Realplayer is renowned for being bloated, and there have been spyware issues in the past with it. Better to avoid it if possible (IMHO)
Find Real Alt.........HEREHow many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?

Real Alternative is great.
I love the little Media Player Classic (part of the package) for being light and quick to launch
I've had it for months and never had a website demand the real realplayer0 -
Go here
http://uk.real.com/radiopass/?&src=ZG.uk.idx
you will see a list of things near the top of the page. click on 'Real Player'
On the right hand slide of the page that comes up you will see an orange
'Download' bar with 'download the free realplayer only' underneath.
Click on thatI'm Glad to be here... At my age I'm glad to be anywhere!!

I've heard a few times that if you get it through the BBC then it's spyware free - but I've never checked on this;
