OP wasn't sure if it was a personal link - it wasn't

Closing date in the T&C's mentioned 28 days after the email invite - clarification that e-mail invite was not a requirement.

The final page of the survey says

Would you like to enter our prize draw?

when I answered "yes" extra sections appeared to enter an email address and offering a chance to read the T&C's.
