Investigation letter from office of the public guardian

A good friend of many years have received a letter from the office of public guardian stating actions that must be taken or they will apply to the court to stop my friend acting has this persons attorney.

Reading the said letter comes across as a bullying letter.
They state they wish my friend to continue to act has attorney for this person but only if they resolve the issues.

    Are these issues something that can be resolved? Someone must have let the office of public guardians know of concerns and they were duty bound to act on them.
    Lost my soulmate so life is empty.

    The OPG have an obligation to make sure attornies behave correctly. You need to give more information as to what your friend has been accused of if you want an answer.
