Recently cancelled an order with very.co.uk. To cut a long story short, because I paid in full for the order, my account is in credit; over four hundred pounds. I have rung several times to be told my refund will be completed in 10 days. 10th day tomorrow. Still no refund. What are my rights.

Your statutory rights are to receive the refund 14 days after notifying them of your cancellation.
Did you receive the goods, and if so, have you returned them?
Most sellers will be reluctant to refund before getting the goods back, and enforcing anything different may be difficult.
How did you pay? By card? Hopefully a credit card?0 -

So if the 10th day is tomorrow then why are you posting today?0
