I used Windows Movie Maker (include XP program) to import from Camcorder using Firewire link. Saved as huge .avi file which you can edit & convert using Pinnacle Studio? or other movie software0

Do you have the Pinnacle Dazzle? Like this?

If you do, then follow the instructions that come with it. Make sure you have a SCART cable that is wired so that the SCART connector video and audio are outputs from the video rather than an inputs.
Good luck0 -
i have pinnacle v10.5.1. I had to download power iso to open the pinnacle for some reason.
Dont know whats right or wrong, i am quite confused myself.
Is there any easier and free software that i can use instead of pinnacle?0 -
You should have got the right software with the Pinnacle product. When I got my Pinnacle Dazzle, I got the Instant DVD software with it. Did you get any disks? Have you been on the Pinnacle website support for help? I'd try that if I were in your position.
Hope this helps.0 -

Am I right in thinking that you didn't purchase this software?0
