Simply Adverse

Quick question.
Sent paperwork to Simply Adverse last night - credit report and breakdown of stuff.
Will they advise me if I should put an offer in on the property we have seen? I explained we have our passport letter, letter stating how much the scheme would contribute to the purchase of the property. Obviously we had to retract our previous offer on the property, but now I am unsure if we should say we are trying alternative routes to purchase the property?
Could anyone recommend what you would advise to do in this situation.
Also anyone know roughly how long it takes Simply Adverse to look over your paperwork?0 -
Ask them. They're your broker.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Thanks everyone. spoke to them this morning and will know if they can match me with a lender this afternoon!
I had searched for Dave Ham as the link was broken, but didn't think he'd appreciate me contacting him! I am sure he's a busy man.0 -
Just a wee update
Broker advised their is no one they can match me with. Asked if there's any reason / anything we could do but I'm starting to think it's just not meant to happen.0 -
I've recently started speaking to finance advice centre who seem to be great so far.. Do you know of them? I had initially gone through a company called online mortgage advisor who passed me on to them. I emailed him over my credit reports and he sent them to the new company to try and match me to a lender.. They haven't even mentioned fees to me yet? I'd assume this will happen if they secure me a mortgage?
I also have the option of speaking to an old broker who had done one soft search for me and he's local but didn't feel he was very keen to help me.
Last option is to go to credit union direct which my friend done and was successful. What would you suggest I do as I don't want to have lots of searches on my file..0
