Hi, anna_1977,
Its free at the moment as when I moved house and changed job location I notified them I might not be able to make a payment, at which I did end up making. Next kindly added 1 month of free interest, however I shouldn't say this but the deal is still applied to the account.

Hi, kindofagilr,
That's certainly worth noting, I'll be sure to keep them for 3/4 months after the debt has cleared and my credit report refreshes.
However my next step would to slowly reduce to amount borrowed, I guess by looking to remove one of the bigger cards that I wont have a need for.
All in good time though.

Hi, EssexHebridean,
Thanks for the tips, well worth remembering on my next call. I shall try that tactic before the complaint tactic and see which one gives first.
I guess you could try this with all cards to give you breathing space or a reduced debt payment time.
I'll update you on my next call with Barclaycard next month.

Hi, kindofagilr,
Small print is a problem when people mis-read it, I mean I don't always read it, especially the ones Apple produce when you update your product but certainly the ones and more so now when your borrowing credit on 0% and the consequences after that deals expires.

I've also read threads where they have lowered the interest to 9%:
