Retracting bid as seller???

hi, selling an item on ebay - a couple of people have bid tat have 2 feedback or so, both of which are minus feedback - just wondered if there was any way i could retract this as seller as obv dont want to sell to them as they are blatent time waster.

Just cancel their bids and then block them however this is not good selling practice if you didn't mention it in the listing.0
